FOOD ALLERGIES

Parents of children with special dietary needs must inform MCHL to ensure against food allergic reactions. Parents in the class of a child with strong food allergies will be informed of the nature of the allergies. The parents of the child with an allergy must provide alternative snacks to those provided by MCHL if these snacks are unacceptable. Such snacks provided by MCHL include juice, graham crackers, Pepperidge Farm goldfish, animal crackers and other assorted crackers.
